OUR mission

The Robert W. Loewrigkeit Sr. Keepsake Foundation is a nonprofit organization established in 2026 to honor the life, legacy, and enduring impact of Robert W. Loewrigkeit Sr. Through acts of kindness, remembrance, and community support, the Foundation is dedicated to preserving Rob's memory and inspiring future generations with the values he lived by.

As we approach the 30th anniversary of Rob’s passing on June 3, 2027, our mission is to celebrate the remarkable man who touched so many lives during his 29 years. Following his diagnosis in 1995 with a rare cancer known as Peripheral Neuroectodermal Tumor (PNET), part of the Ewing Sarcoma family of cancers, Rob faced his illness with extraordinary courage, determination, and grace. Although he lost his battle on June 3, 1997, his spirit, values, and love continue to inspire those who knew him.

His legacy lives on through his son, Robert W. Loewrigkeit Jr., and through the work of this Foundation. The Foundation is dedicated to helping others while preserving the memory and legacy of Robert W. Loewrigkeit, Sr. through charitable giving, educational opportunities, athletic support, memorial projects, community outreach, and other programs that reflect his values of family, sportsmanship, hard work, kindness, and humility. We strive to make a positive difference in the lives of others, just as Rob did throughout his life.
